The Label Lab

Selected by Fedrigoni as a leading studio in the Argentine industry, we took part in The Label Lab: a creative laboratory designed to push the boundaries of visual innovation.

Our proposal dives into a symbolic universe where a heraldic dragon guards the object of desire. Inspired by woodcut techniques and Neo-Baroque aesthetics, we transformed a label into a legendary parchment that chronicles the recovery of an ancient treasure.

The Story: We crafted a fable where King Fedrigoni summons warriors Luna and Panda to seize the treasure from the dragon using a mystical parchment.

Substrate: We used Fedrigoni’s Luminous White Felt X-Dry paper, whose organic texture and pronounced grain evoke the nobility of ancient parchment.

Techniques: We applied high-build screen printing to give the dragon an imposing physical presence, alongside gold hot stamping to represent the recovered treasure, creating light contrasts that emulate traditional gold-leaf ornamentation.

Production: This process was brought to life through the alchemical mastery of the Palero printing house.
